From customer value proposition to rebrand. Ipac is a wholly owned subsidiary of the AMP group and one of Australia’s largest and most dynamic financial advisory firms. Having been through significant structural changes, ipac work was undertaken to re-evaluate their market position and develop a new Customer Value Proposition. With a refreshed definition of their DNA, the next stage was to breathe life into their identity through a comprehensive rebrand.
